We strive to be as clear and transparent with you as possible and we hope that these answers provide a clearer understanding of some of the terminology we use when describing our business accelerator plan. Our intention is to be superior by design even when the offer may look similar to rival hosting - don't be fooled by unlimited offers - this is business class hosting battle tested for at least 1000 visitors per minute (as long as you stay within our web-stack). Content Management System

The content management system (ToughCMS) is a website that allows you to create, edit, delete pages on your website without the challenges of having to manually upload files to your website using various tools which are complex and requires setup. Out of the box, you can build basic websites either directly writing code or with the visual editor which allows you to create basic web elements (it does require some a VERY BASIC understanding of HTML terminology to begin - a tutorial video will be provided). The content management system is proprietary and designed with speed optimizations and expandibility in mind without sacrificing performance. Designed so that your website is self contained and cannot be affected by other users. The database is isolated so that it is nearly impossible for database server downtime to affect your website.

Business email

The plan includes up to two 2 GB email addresses (while stocks last - please contact us to confirm before ordering). If these email addresses are too small for you or would like to use your own business class email that supports domains, we'll happily link those email addresses to your domain.

You can use these email addresses to send normal business correspondence to receipients you know. YOU CANNOT USE THESE EMAILS FOR UNSOLICITED EMAILS OR BULK EMAILS - THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR EMAIL SERVICE WILL BEING TERMINATED BY OUR EMAIL PROVIDERS WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS TO YOU OR US. This is a standard practice among most legit email providers.

An average additional cost for email is approximately 30 USD per year for 5 email accounts each having 10GB of email storage - contact us if you need this extra addon.

'Complimentary'

The term 'complimentary' means that a feature which would cost you extra will be offered to you free of charge by us!

'Best effort'

Best effort means that we provide those features on best effort due to conditions we may not always be in control of by simply the nature of what is being offered. For example there is a low but possible chance that a server could experience a hardware failure not due to any mismanagement on our side but because it is a part of life (things can fail unexpectedly) - we offer such features under best effort because of this. We do plan as much as we can to cater for such events.

Backups

While we offer best effort backups, you agree that we will not be held responsible for backups in an event that we do not have control over - even a backup server can suffer hardware failure at the worst point in time. Rest assured however we work extremely hard to ensure that we reduce the chance of this happening by performing dual remote server backups. This means that if we experience a backup server failure, we have an seperate server that should be available to restore your website.
